does it mess up the overhead liner at all to check. I don't want to check and see that I can't do it, and then not be able to put it back so it fits all tight and what not. I have a 00' xlt. Does anybody know if there would even be those slots on the roof. I don't really want to check if there is no way I would be ablt to add this console. I do really want to though. any thoughts.

You can pull you visors, visor clips, etc and drop the front of the headliner. You should be able to see the 2 notches for the front of the console.

I just don't know if they even offered a console for any model in the 00' year. If they did not than I may not have those notches. You put it back with it looking like it was never messed with?

you can but its pricey for what you are getting about 350-400 just 4 the computer than you have to buy all the wiring and have the dealer program it all for you......and you know what you spend when you go to the dealer
