Replacing Center Console

I just ordered a new(er) console for my 2005 CCLB PSD with the grey Lariat interior. My current console in the truck has been 'modified' by the previous owner (scratched, cut-up, etc) and it doesn't look 'clean'. So, I was wondering what it takes to remove and install a center console? I haven't looked too far into it but has anyone pulled a console out?

(the console is not a flip-up seat, I have two captain chairs and full console in the middle)

Any pointers or tips is greatly appreciated

If it's the same as my KR, it's pretty simple. Take out all the crap you keep in your console , remove the 4 10mm bolts in the bottom, and lift out. Set in the new one, and re-insert bolts. 5 minute job and you're done

@nighthawk

Thanks, I figured it would be a quick fix but it never hurts to ask . I appreciate it.
