2006 crewcab rear seat upgrade to newer??

i've got a 06 crew lariat, back folds down, bottom folds up and has the metal rack under it that also folds out.

and it only has a lap belt for the center seat, and with my kids riding back there i'm not a fan, and would feel better if all 3 of them had a shoulder belt.

what was the first year they offered a shoulder belt for the center?

and is it a direct swap?

thanks for any info.
