front and rear seat difference

hey all well i have come the ordeal that my front 2 seats in my cc king ranch are toasted been doing the spa treatment and leather cpr to no avail back is looking better so with some love it may come back to ok status but im to picky i guess my questions are my old 2004 fx4 cc had gray leather and the rear seats folded 2 ways the top and the bottoms but my 2003 cc only the tops fold down and it seemed to have more room then my king ranch if i was to find a set from a 2003-2007 will it be a direct bolt in? i kinda miss having the bottoms fold up to give a tiny bit of storage?
