Instrument Cluster Swap

I was wondering if anyone here has found a way to swap the 03-04 instrument cluster and put the 05-07 cluster? Is it just plug and play or do you need to special order or modify a stock 05-07 cluster?

I don't remember the particulars, but I don't think they'll work because of the different way the vehicles communicate. The pre 05s don't use a CANBUS for their information, and the post 05+ do. IIRC that's how the gauges AND the mini info center works. I may be completely out in left field, but I remember looking at a bunch of these awhile back and that's what I think the consensus was....
