interior LED's

about to order LEDs for my cargo and license plate lights and figured I go ahead and order some for my interior dome/map lights. Will these work in the dome lights? I thought I read somewhere that the map/domes are the same so I would need five in total correct?

They will work but you should look for something with more LEDs. I'll take a picture of mine in the morning

Honestly for the price you pay for the cheap china LEDs off of ebay, go that route. Look up the Festoon 5050 smd

I have an 06 and I used the 42mm 9 led 5050 festoons for the center of the light and then on the sides I used the 42mm 6 led 5050 festoons. Just buy extras and search it by country and do it based on China. Sure you'll have to wait 203 weeks but you will get them SOO cheap, thus allowing you to get extras.

I'd rather spend the extra $20 and get something American made...

SuperBrightLEDs.com has pretty much any kind of LED bulb you can imagine, and several folks out here have had good luck with them. I replaced my cargo and upper brake light with their stuff and love it! Going to replace the rest of the exterior bulbs from there when I can. There's a thread over in the general forum with all the actual part numbers...
