Question Passenger door switch

So far I am loving the F250, after our first trip with the camping trailer can't say enough on how it runs and handles. I am very pleased.

There is one problem which I need to fix. When opening the passenger door, the light does not come on. The door ajar light is not on either. I sprayed the door latch with WD40, opened and closed numerous times, sprayed again and repeated several times, still no light.

Before I take the door panel off, I want to be sure that there is a switch in there to work on. Also, any tricks to getting the door panel off as I didn't see any screws to remove.

Thanks in advance.

take little cover for mirrors off. theres a scre or two then the door lifts verticly. there are a bunch of upside down (L) shaped tabs on the back. it doesnt clip on like old school doors do.
