Changing the front seat

Just purchased a 04 F250 XL and I hate that bench seat. Like a big slab of grey vinyl.
Has anyone done this or know how hard it would be to swap out the seat for a newer model. Found one on Ebay from a 2012 F250 40/20/40 but not sure of the bolt hole pattern. Not afraid to do some modification if necessary.
Thanks for any help.

99-13 all bolts up 100% through all those models you might have to run wiring but thats about it

Edit yea zmann might be right about the 12+ but 99-11 for sure will

Here is the link. I am really just trying to get something nicer and came across this on Ebay. I really like the buckets and the center console.
