Where to put my subs?

I have 2 12" Rockford Fosgate subs that I would like to install in my truck. It is a 2003 F350 CrewCab (no power rear window if it makes a difference). Does anyone have any ideas? I have only seen 2 10's installed, not 12.

Also, has anyone fit a double din screen (like pioneer z1) without much modification to the dash?

Thanks for the help everyone

I am sure that you can get a custom box made, I have three 10's behind the rear seat.

For that year, you will need to trim the dash a small amount...nothing too crazy. I just installed the Eclipse AVN 6600 in my 2007 and love it...I chose it over the Z1 because the Pioneer does not allow you to add or change destinations while driving.

Yeah I would say custom box made for behind your seat. That what I would do. And they are not hard to make if you get the right stuff. Just pull your measurements and put it together. Good Luck

Yeah someone did that, but I think it was a single 10" sub. But you could do something like that and have your amps behind the seat so that could breath.

That is correct...I see that JL Audio has now released a new stealth box. One for the bench, and the other for the captains chairs.

You can see it HERE
