Thumbs up Dynamat in the rig!

Well- i picked up some door kits for my truck. I gotta say, I'm really impressed! I only did the driver's side so far, front and rear doors. Took me about an hour to do both. It's an easy install. You'll need a utility knife, J-roller, and a blow dryer/heat gun. A blow dryer is good enough, the stuff sticks REAL well once you heat it, so be sure you like where it's at.
Just take the factory liner off, trace it onto the piece, and bada-bing! you're good to go!
How good is it? Almost like having my hand over my left ear when driving, I was surprised! I got in and had to look around, it was really odd. It does a great job! I don't have pics, yet. I'll take some tomorrow when I do the passenger side. Can't wait till I put my new carpet in cause I'm doing the WHOLE floor! gonna feel like I'm in a Rolls baby!

To be honest, the pics are gonna be a let down haha It just looks like some insulation inside my door haha But I'll be sure to get some pics tomorrow
But the noise reduction is AWESOME! i honestly got a new motivation to put in my new carpet, that i've needed for about a year now. For those wondering, I used Dynamat Xtreme as well. I dunno if they sell the "original" stuff anymore, but Xtreme is just as it sounds... freakin RAW! haha

I did my Ford like that a couple years ago when I was at DiscountPowerParts. I'm sure Larry still has it. I just did my stereo the week before SSS, but saved the money on the dynomat. I will be doing it this summer. Fantastic stuff for sure. Great job Nate! Its amazing how much better your stock stero and speakers will sound with the stuff.

I know Pat! my stereo is already sounding tighter and more "in" the cab! It's amazing! I'm running Focal door speakers, a 10W7 in a custom center console. So this is a great addition!

Raul- go for it bro! I do a lot of road trips and the road noise can fatigue the mind, well I know for SURE it's gonna be a much better ride next time I hit the open road. Honstely, I can't wait to do my floor, it's gonna be awesome. I had Evan (03F250Stroke) in my truck and he couldn't believe how loud it was inside the rig. With only 2 doors done it's surprising how much sound is cut out!
