Driver Door Chatter when window open

I have an 04 Crew Cab with manual windows. The truck is very quite when the windows are up. When I roll the window all the way down, something in the door chatters and bangs around. Sounds like metal on metal kind of. If I roll the window up just an inch, its gone. What could it be. I hear the noise if I close the door while the window is down by the way. It is driving me CRAZY!!!!!!! Please help.

I had the exact same issue. It turned out the 10mm bolt that secures the window rear track (not sure if that is the correct name) to the door was loose. The track bracket was rattling against the door. I tightened the 10mm bolt and the sound is gone. Attached is a picture of the bolt. It is the bolt with the large flange head near the center of the picture.
