Leather Seats Cleaner?

Bought my truck a couple days ago, seats are filthy!! I got some armor all leather seat cleaner and ive used like 5 or 6 rags on the same spot and it still looks filthy! Wondering if there is any product out there that you guys would recommend!

Your seats have a clear vinyl coating on them use Lexol's Vinylex:
