interior swap opinion yay or nay?

so my 04 has grey leather seats:
front-captians heated/pwr/ arm rest and huge center console etc...
rear- leather bench with flip down cuo holder in center.

my friend has a 99 f250 with:
front-cloth bench with flip down cup holder all pwr etc...
rear-bench

all same color and i mentioned wanting to possibly trade etc...

would it work? I have been wanting bench seats for front and i like leather but it gets hot in CA and im from idaho...

yay or nay and why if you will

the 99 is same body style 4 door long bed. its originally a gas 5.4 we put a 7.3 diesel in

-2004 F350 CCLB 4x4: Sinister Race solutions kit, CAT ELC Edge CS, SCT SF3, PHP Ficm programmer, Procomp, Rough country, and Nitto goodies.
-2004 excursion, banks exhaust, 03 turbo, afe intake
-2006 f350 king ranch, 10 in fabtech, 40in tires, sct tunes,

currently-1999 F250 SBRB 4X4 First 7.3 and feels good to be back in a diesel....

anyone notice any bad things about the front bench seats like:
the folding down portion breaks or?
