emergency radio console

has anyone modified or put a radio console in there 03-07 superdutys? I have a couple scanners and a cb i would like to mount in the truck. I would like it set up like a police car console where everything is in the same spot. Has this been done before?

Someone here has a really nice one. Cant recall.the name off the top of my head. And being on my phone i cant search for it.. I found it when looking for CB mounting locations. When i get off duty, and on a computer, ill edit this post and link it for you.

I just uploaded a couple pics of my self-built console. The top is a monitor for the IC-7000, upper radio is a Yaesu 7900, middle is a Icom 7000, and lower is a Alinco DR-235. Can provide more details if you wish. I will upload more pictures tomorrow in the light!

Tha havis console is really nice, wish i saw that before i changed out that whole trim pannel to get the up fitter switches. i like the one that dvcf450 posted. Iam just trying to get some ideas to locate the cb and a scanner, have the tray where the sun visors would go now, looks kinda tacky

I love this mount, even though this dash is newer than mine, I wanna see if I can stuff the same kind of thing in mine with a smaller cb

Looks like all they did was install two sindle dinn units into a double dinn slot.
I did the same thing on my 97 Exped and it works very well and looks great.
I used a cobra WXSTII because I wanted the NOAA stations.
