will 08 and up door panels fit my 2003......

wanting to upgrade my door panels does any on know if the new panels will fit my truck and what mods i might need to do to make them fit....

From what I've read the panels will fit but the truck wiring will not just plug into the new switches on the panels. I have seen some swaps done though and it looks really good.

Yeah I heard the same, as well as some massaging of the dash to make the front doors close.

I bought some panels and test fit them... There are a few problems.

Aside from some fit issues, the biggest issue is the texture. The new panels are completely different texture - The look horrible with the old texture of the dash and 99-07 trim.

Also, the colors are totally off - To make them the correct color, they'll need to be dyed.

Lastly, the wiring stuff - There are write ups on how to make the switches work, but that's more cost...

Just my $.02. I bought panels, test fit them and then decided against the swap because it wasn't going to look right.
