Lower Seat Belt Cover

Rear Bench Seat

I'm trying to locate replacement plastic covers where the lower seat belts on the drivers side rear seat belts attach to the frame. I could swear that Ford put on 2 right (passenger) side covers as the seat belt is cutting thru the plastic because it is angled the wrong way. I've searched the part diagrams from Ford but for the life of me, cannot find these. I can find the upper covers where they bolt onto the upper roof/frame but not these lower ones.

Thoughts?

I never understood the way they did those either. My 2000 was like that and my 06 is also.

i think the ford engineer had a couple of ****tails before he designed those, i thought my truck was the only one that was wrong.

I have searched repeatedly on web sites and schematics of the seat belt system and couldn't find a replacement. So I contacted Tasca, sent them my pics and they confirmed that you have to buy the whole seat belt. UGH. And I bet that if I did, it would still be angled the wrong way. What they should have done is allowed that piece of plastic to pivot allowing it to angle with the seat beat. So buying a new one will just give me the same results.
