F350 bench seat options?

I just picked up a 03 f350 regular cab with the bench seat, is there any other option like the 20-40-20 seats that fit the single cab or am I stuck with the bench? The seat is dirty and has a hole in it, I've searched but found nothing.

as far as i know, any front seats from the same era truck will bolt up, i dont think that ford changed the floor bolt pattern for the front seats from the 99 body style up. i could be wrong. i personally have a set of 07 harley buckets and centre console in my truck (06).
