Box storage for jack behind rear bench

How do you guys get these things out? It seems as if the factory bolts go down under the frame but can't find them to back them up so they just free spin any tips or tricks?

The nut plate broke. Mine did the same thing. Time to get creative

I'm thinking of using a dremel to drill around the washer that holds it in place, just to get the box out. I swapped to buckets so I don't really need it in there and I need to get the seat belts out to install that ones made for the buckets
