Rear Sail Panel Removal

Hey guys, does anyone know how to remove the rear sail panels on a crew cab. Going to be installing some speakers and have hears its a pita. Pics or set-by-step would be awesome Thanks for all the help!

It's a pita to get in there. There are a whole bunch of clips that hold it on. Basically get your fingers under the panel somewhere and stall pulling. They can be a pain but they will eventually pop out. Good luck. One of the worst speaker installs I've ever done.

RRF985, Was there any particular direction you pulled (e.g. towards to rear window, straight out, etc)? Would it be possible to just the panel partially dislodged and swap the speakers? Nice truck btw.
