Plastic panel under dash?

I'm missing the plastic panel under the dash of my truck. The one between the dash and the carpet. Any ideas where I can get a replacement? Is the dealership a good place? Also the little storage box in the bottom of the dash is broken. And I would like to replace it to. And ideas would be greatly appreciated. Call Tousley Ford and describe the part to them. They'll get it shipped out to you at wholesale prices.

I snagged this pic from another user. I wasn't near my truck to take a pic so I used this one instead.

I called tousled and the guy had no idea what part I was talking about. It's the slim plastic trim that goes between the center of the dash and the transmit ion tunnel. I'm also looking for a replacement closing box thing that's found in the center of the dash next to the trash bag hook. As well as the pull out cup holder. For the most part they all work they just look like hell.

On another note, on my drivers and passengers doors, where the window switches are located, my plastic arm rests have these round plastic plug looking things. They look out of place. Can anyone tell me if they are supposed to be there?

And can anyone provide a part number for those other three parts I'm trying to describe?

Thanks in advance!!
