Replacing "Paddle" style mirrors with factory Telescoping mirrors

Ive got an '03 F250 Lariat that I want to replace these little paddle style mirrors with the better factory telescoping mirrors so I can see behind my trailers. Mine are currently just electric, (not heated or anything). Does anyone know if this can be a direct replacement or is additional wiring required? Is there an "adapter" available for connecting the round vs. square plug? Also my right mirror is electric but has never worked since I bought it. (any ideas what "might" be wrong,,,,"Bad mirror", fuse, wiring, etc?

Thanks guys,
Matt Roberts

I just replaced mine as well with OE knockoffs. I love them and highly recommend them too.

Just use the vehicle search and go to mirrors. They are direct bolt on replacement units.
