Audio / Video Installations

Ok I am a bit torn due to the fact that I am anal about my rig.

In my 2003 I had two amps mounted under the rear seat (I had a crew cab) and behind that I had a custom box with three 10" JL audio subs. In order to fit the box behind the seat, they had to cut out that liner that is back there and remove the jack assembly.

Now, I have a 2007 and was considering replacing that equipment, however, I have those fold out racks under the rear seats (another crew cab)

I did not want to remove those, nor did I want to have to remove the jack and cut the liner behind the seat...

Has anyone managed to install the above equipment without doing any of the modifications that had to be done previously?

Thanks in advance!

I am also wanting to get some speakers in my truck. I have the same racks under the seat and lack of space in back. Hopefully some of the guys in here can help us out.

Crew Cab stereo pictures wanted!

Lets see some pictures of what some of you out there have!

from what I've seen on the forum -- seems most people had to remove the tray and liner or one of the two behind the seat to fit what they wanted...

Ya I had thought about doing that...just thought I could use what I had, but it may very well come down to the Stealth Box.

I have a 12 right underneath my middle seat in the front. Took everything out and and made a box out of it. I never let people sit in the middle so its cool. Looks stock except for the 12 under there. And you can feel and it sounds awesome.

Yeah it wont work if you have bucket seats. but mine also has the the center console that flips up and turns into the seat. I just keep it down. You guys can try looking to some speakers kicker released a while ago. They are really thin and dont require much air space. Buddy of mine has 3 10's in the back of his crew cab chevy. and those trucks dont have space for sh!t. And they are not the solo-barics. I cant remember the name of them.
