Best seating for bad back (any year)

Long story short. Car accident... A lot of damage to me... Reapirs have been made to me but they only do so much. ...Sitting in my truck blows anymore let alone driving it anywhere for even the shortest period of time. I want to be able to drive my truck for more than 10 minutes without my legs going numb, having jolting pain in my spine and just more comfort.

I'm in an 04 f350 so not exactly a luxury car.

What have you done??? Someone you know has done???

Right know I'm considering have my seats done with new foam, leather, heat, cool and massage.

It's just kind of sad that my 04 STi was more comfortable with the same back issues.

Please help... Much appreciated.

Have you looked into suspension seats? Like what they use in desert racing?

I have actually but hesitant to buy without trying. I've also been looking at other custom seats. Classy chassis conversions interiors come up on eBay and look pretty darn good.
