Can you convert an 06 5 passenger to 6 passenger?

I have an 06 with both front captains seats with armrests. I really like the older or newer center consoles that I have seen with a flip up console to add another passenger. The biggest thing I dont like about my console is it sits so low you have to rest your arm on the arm rest, which I dont like. What options do I have?

Swap front seats. Jump seat was an option with front buckets that didn't have arm rests
