Power rear slider install?

My truck has everything except the power rear slider, is it a difficult job to buy the parts and install? I would really like to but if its a pain in the tail ill pass. Where is the switch located for activation?

Thanks

Not hard to do. Switch is located on the dash and needs to be run through the cab of the truck, and you can buy them complete from Ford for a decent price. Remove the rubber trim around the old rear window. Remove the old glass and reinstall the new glass.

No, at least I have never seen it done. I guess anything is possible, but most folks I have seen get the complete glass with power slider.

Great idea, let us know how it goes. Think I may add one as well if it's not too expensive of an upgrade.
