crew cab fold out foot rest

can u remove the fold out foot thing lol and be fine the seats still sit in there fine?

Do you mean the cargo tray under the rear seat?
If so, then yes you can remove it, and the seats still bolt in fine. I removed mine just after I bought the truck so that I could use the space under the seat for storage!!!

Do you have to remove the seat to get the tray out? I never use it and it's just added weight plus it takes up valuable storage space as you'd mentioned.

Removed it today 6 T40 bolts and one 18mm bolt. 30lbs gone..

Mine didn't have one when I bought it so I actually bought one to put in. I found that will the truck box in the bed I had no need for extra storage under the seat. Plus, the level surface is great for when the dogs are in there!
