2010 mustang key

So my keyfob just died one day replaced the battery tried to reprogram it and nothing so its time for a new one. I read on here once about using a 2010 mustang key which I belive has the keyfob built into the head of the key. I used the search function and found nothing. Is it really as easy as buying a key having it cut and programing it? Or did I read wrong?

Buy a flip key instead.

I dont want a flip key, they just all seem so cheap even the factory ones. I have actually seen them break off. Plus id like to have somthing factory, mabie I just need to go talk to the dealer but they would charge an arm and a leg.
