What gauges for pulling?
Sometimes when talking about gauges, people mention one or two recommended if your truck is going to be pulling a load.
From the pulling side of the conversation, what are 'all' the recommended gauges if I will be pulling, say, a Jeep TJ (2800lbs soaking wet?) for a day or two for relocation and very possible recreational trips, and more than likely pulling a trailer full of belongings back and forth across the country a half dozen times or so, over the next several months? The wife has also mentioned an interest in a camper, but we haven't decided on something motorized or a pull behind yet. So that is a possibility. I should have an edge insight cts shortly. And I plan on getting additional gauges for fuel pressure and EGT (pyro?) soon after. |

When towing i only monitor ECT/EOT/EGT/fuel pressure/trans temp/boost. Really the only two i care about is EGT and EOT. Otherwise its info overload and im paying more attention to the CTS than driving.

The Insight CTS monitors 'all' that?

Thank you very much.
That answers just about everything I could have hoped for.

The cts will read egt and fuel pressure with the kits to do so.
