What gauges for pulling?

Sometimes when talking about gauges, people mention one or two recommended if your truck is going to be pulling a load.

From the pulling side of the conversation, what are 'all' the recommended gauges if I will be pulling, say, a Jeep TJ (2800lbs soaking wet?) for a day or two for relocation and very possible recreational trips, and more than likely pulling a trailer full of belongings back and forth across the country a half dozen times or so, over the next several months?

The wife has also mentioned an interest in a camper, but we haven't decided on something motorized or a pull behind yet. So that is a possibility.

I should have an edge insight cts shortly. And I plan on getting additional gauges for fuel pressure and EGT (pyro?) soon after.

When towing i only monitor ECT/EOT/EGT/fuel pressure/trans temp/boost. Really the only two i care about is EGT and EOT. Otherwise its info overload and im paying more attention to the CTS than driving.
