Door ajar light stays on

Well, my door open/ajar light stays on all the time. The radio used to play until you opened the door...no more. Can't find the door switch to see if needs lubrication. The interior door light stays on when you close to door for a long beepbeepbeepbeep time.

Any ideas?

two options......

the door switch is attatched to the latch, inside of the door. you can spray the heck out of it with brake clean, bout half a can. then let it dry and spray it again with some lubricant like WD40 or something. the switch will stick again eventually, but you can just repeat this process......

or you can pull the panel off, pull the latch out or partially out, and replace the door switch. it is a twist in design and it is at the very bottom of the latch.......

If you are not sure about which switch is sticking, i would reccomend my first way to at least figure out which is sticking. do one door at a time to see which one fixes it.......
