no horn or cruise

The horn and cruise control quit working so i pulled the steering wheel off and the ribbon wires broke. Does anyone know what that assembly is called of if it can be replaced?

It's called a slide contact and ofter referred to as a "clock spring". Here you go. super duty clock spring | eBay
