Need A/C Repair Advice

I have a 2006 F250XL 6.0l Diesel. It was originally used as a landscape/mulch truck. I recently got the truck and noticed the a/c blower was very weak. It sounded loud under the dash but very little air was blowing out any of the vents. I finally took out the blower motor today and when I looked up inside the housing I noticed the condensor is totally clogged with dirt. Is there an easy way to clean the coils or do I need to remove it? Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

Make sure it's a no rinse cleaner. Coil cleaner can be some serious stuff.

I am afraid that if you were to clean it you will end up replacing it next summer. I have found them packed with candy wrappers and plastic bags picked up by the recirc and cat hair from a cat that slept on the cowl. I never can get it all out and by the time you pull it you might as well put a new one in it.
