overhead console pictures? 05-07?

Hey guys-just bought an overhead console on ebay for my 05. It consists of a couple of compartments, and that's about it. Anyone have any pics of it mounted? I haven't seen any in the 05-07 trucks, and a google search turned up very little! Thanks!

im looking at putting one in my truck with the LCD display. are u gonna be hooking one up with or with out that?

The 05's didn't have the compass/fuel economy gauge up on the roof, it is in the speedometer cluster. I have, however, added the compass and fuel gauge (DTE, ECONO) to my 05, and could easily tell you how to wire it up if you're interested. It isn't the easiest thing in the world, but I've done it.

Cool, bc i just made a thread asking if anyone has done it. i have a 02 and is the first truck i have owned that doesnt have one and it looks naked.

Thanks! It gave me an idea of where to start cutting-lol. The first time I plunged the utility knife into the headliner was the scariest part! It came out very well, couldn't be happier with the result!

Hey you think you could tell me how to do that too? Did you get a new cluster or wire it to the overhead console or what? Thanks.
