Door lights

So looking at the door panels on my '06 250 6.0, I see lenses for lights with a hole in the plastic where the light would mount. However, after pulling the door panel to see if the wiring exists, I can't find it...

does it exist?

Thanks in advance

mine are just plastic reflectors and not actual lights.

I am missing all 4 of these lenses...and yes, there are no bulbs or any sort of wiring to them. They are simply reflectors for when the doors are open and someone is approaching at night from behind.

That is one of the items that Ford stopped installing, the earlier Superdutys had the lights in them.
My 05 does not have them either!

My dad's 01' has lights so I imagine you could pick up a set of those from an earlier truck and just tap into your cab lights?

I wanted to revive this, as I would like to do a retrofit - anyone have any insight?

Is this a possible plug and play with the purchase of some older door wiring harness?
