Centre Console Question

I have just swapped a King Ranch interior into my 05 Lariat, but it didn't come with a centre console. My Lariat interior had the front middle seat, but it wouldn't match the KR leather and the armrests would interfere with the lid. I also hear that the armrests on the KR buckets would interfere with an 08+ console, so that is out of the question.

What trim line came with the floor mounted console? Lariat? Was it an option? I am curious so that I can scavenge some scrap yards for a tan one, or else paint a grey one with tan paint. I understand that the KR cover can be ordered online.

I also have some bare floor showing in the back where I swapped my bench for rear captain's chairs, it there a cover meant for these? Do I have to just find a weathertech mat that will cover these spots?

The Captain's Chairs with console were an option on anything XLT and up. The Lariat ones have the faux-wood on the top.

I have a 08+ console and it does some what hinder the console with captain armrests but the space and function of the console is worth the hassle. You should have a easy time finding a lariat console in tan. When I was selling mine I just about had to give it away to get rid of it. Shipping is the killer. Shipping was more than the price of the part.
