Anyone installed a navigator leather/woodgrain wheel?

I was curious to know whether or not it would fit, got one for 79 bucks new from classic soft trim on ebay-It is a little darker than the lariat door panels, but definately acceptable, and a helluva lot better than my drab vinyl wheel. Fit just like the factory one, it even had the same part number in the aluminum center hub.

I originally ordered it thinking it was an OEM wheel, but It turns out is is an OEM core wrapped with new leather, and new wood (It's even real).

Ill post some pictures-I've come to the conclusion that it is a custom made wheel on a navigator/f150 core. The main reason I wanted this one in particular is the lack of steering wheel hvac/radio controls. I couldn't use them, and didn't want unused buttons cluttering up my wheel.

Here you go!

The second pircture shows the contrast between the factory woodgrain door panels and the wheel I got. Honestly, the wheel look so much better it makes the factory woodgrain look cheap.

You can see my lariat gauge conversion and new CTS pod mount in the pictures as well. Looking sharp. Just about done with interior mods.

It took about 3 weeks to get the wheel from CST. I was irritated, and they have had a run of bad feedback-For 70 bucks, it was worth it. You guys feel free to decide that on your own, but I would order from them again.

Here is the link for anyone interested.

Looks good. I want to put an 08 style wheel in my truck.

How hard was it to get the CTS dash mount to fit? Does the CS adapter bracket work?

I don't think the 08 wheel will work-the splines on the column are radically different. You'd have to adapt the entire steering column.

As for the CTS adapter, I had that pod with my standard attitude monitor, sold it with the Juice/attitude on ebay because I was unsure how it would fit with the CTS. I just decided the suction cup looked too cheap, so I bought another one and the adapter. I was pleasantly surprised. It fits great, but it is VERY close (touches in fact) to the grab handle. Not an issue for me.

If you order a wheel like mine, offer 70 shipped. From past sales, it appears as he will take it. When I made my offer of 79.99, the feedback containing the 70 dollar offer wasn't listed.
