Tilt wheel install

My truck doesn't have cruise, or a tilt wheel, and I have been looking into adding cruise through a new steering wheel, and cruise components.

But..... today I found a real cheap tilt/ cruise control column with the steering wheel and everything. I couldn't pass up the deal so I went ahead and bought it.

My question is...Has anyone replaced a non-tilt column, with one that has the tilt function? Is it as simple as bolting on the new column? Also I have a pioneer Navigation unit/Stereo, and would like to know how to wire the volume controls with the new wheel.

Well I couldn't wait.

Took the plunge this afternoon. Write up soon to come.

Column tilts fine, cruise works perfect (no need to get ford to reprogram). Even the lights work.
