Fake wood on door panels

I have an 06 F-350 Lariet that has the fake wood on the dash and the upper small panel above the arm rests on my interior door panels. I am looking to get rid of the fake wood (just not a big fan). I know I can get a replacement dash panel and how to install it, but my question is. Can the small fake wood panels on the door panels be removed from the main panel and replaced or does the whole interior panel have to be replaced?

they can be removed some how. when my truck was still under warranty, the fake wood grain had to be replaced. the panel was not replaced.
