2011 center jump seat

Hello all. I promise I searched for this one but I came up with nothing.

Will a 2011 center jump seat fit in my 05 with captain chairs? I realize I would probably have to lose the armrests (how do those come off BTW?)

I have no idea whether a 11 seat will fit. I did a swap last week on my truck (05), the covers pull off, not the foam and there will be a star bolt holding the armrest on. You will also have to locate the holes in the floor for the 2 rear bolts of the jump seat. If you have never had a jump seat in there, they will be under the carpet. Go underneith the truck and push something pointy thru the spare rear holes that you are now going to use with your new seat. You will also need 2 m12 1 1/2 inch bolts. Good luck!

Thanks Sjoe911, that will save me some serious time.

Anyone els know if they are compatible? Maybe I should measure the distance between the holes and see if someone can measure those of a 2011 jumpseat?
