Speedo Cluster HELP

Im going to switch my XLT CLuster for a Lariat Cluster. I found one that is set up for Kilometers......does anybody know if this thing will still hook up to my Standard MPH harnesses. I dont mind reading the kilometers vs mph because they are both on the cluster anyway
