Power seat Conversion

Ok I have a 07 XLT with the manual adjustable seat. I am wanting to add a power adjustable driver seat so that I can have the seat rise for my fiancee who has a hard time seeing over the dash. (Shes only 5'1"). Is there any way that I can buy a power seat track and replace it with the manual track on my seat or will I need to buy a power seat. Also will a power seat connect if I have a manual adjustable seat right now?

the power wire should be under the seat already. Yes, you can just change the track, but you also have to change the side trim panel that houses the switches.

I am not sure about the 05-07 but my 04 I just directly wire the seats, there was no plug or anything to plug into, there is only one ground wire and the rest are 12v just to save you the searching later, it's really easy
