leather upgrade

Hi guys
I have a 04 f350 xlt crew, with all non power cloth tan interior seats. I have the oportunity to puchase a full power, heated leather interior (tan) from a 06 f250 lariat, thats the 2 front and back seats, for a price of 1400$ the pic i seen (front seats only) they look to be in very good condition no tears or cracks. So i have a couple questions....
1- is that a good price? (canadian funds)
2- will it all bolt up?
3- is the power plugs present for both front power since i don't have power seats now?

i can only answer one question and yea they will fit, i beleive all trucks 99-07 have same mounting

im doing the same thing, yes they do fit but the question is the wiring, it dosent look like it will just plug in.... great! but yes im doing the exact same conversion, but i have an xlt witch had power driver seat

why dont you just go with katzkin leather. Much cheaper. the sarshop is the place you want to buy them from if you go that route. $749.00 for the whole interior.
