Rear passenger window wont roll up

2006 F-250 crew cab, the button on the driver door for the back passenger door will roll the window down but not up. The button on the door itself will roll it up and down. Do i need to replace the whole cluster on the driver door or can one of them be replaced or cleaned?

I have the same problem! Havent been able to figure out whats going on? did you get yours fixed?

You will more than likely have to replace the whole cluster. I just had to do this on my 06 Milan. It was around $50 but I got 25% off because I am retired from Ford. Good luck.
