Question Heated Seat Not Working??

My drivers seat heater is not functioning!! Anyone else have this issue and have any suggestions. I read about a repair, but mine is King Ranch so I was thinking it could be different because of the leather.

Thanks for the link. I just wonder if the leather of the King Ranch seats will present a different challenge for access?
