move/raise rear bench

Does any one have any pics of how the rear bench was moved forward or raised? I have been searching but am not having luck finding this info or pictures to help me out. I am only looking for an inch maybe two max.

There are kits out there. I never looked for one for my SD, but I did do some research and found a kit to raise the back seats up on my old F150. It was just a spacer basically and if I remember correctly, there was something that came with the kit to adjust the seat belt mounts. I will try to remember where I found the kit.

I think what you are looking for is something like this.... Ford F150 Subwoofer Box Installation. Maybe you could make your own spacers.

Here is an actual kit... http://www.lmiwelding.com/kits_supercab.htm. For $150, I would try to make one yourself.

Cool, I am interested in what you end up making. I have been thinking about doing something similar as well.
