Need help with interior upgrade! ASAP

Okay my pickup is an xlt with tan interior and im going to water screen woodgrain on the dash and want to do black piece above the armrest and door handle on all four doors is there an easy way to take that piece out of the door panel? I will have before and after pics up soon also.

there really is no easy way to do it you just have to tinker through it iv taken mine apart multiple times and still havent found any easier ways but who knows i could be wrong
