Switch panel
If my truck already has the integrated brake controller. Is there a kit, or can you buy the switch panel from ford?

If you mean the upfitter switch setup yes you can get that as a seperate item. It takes the other half of the cubby your IBC is in. FYI I'd check ebay. They are probably quite a bit cheaper there.
