There is a TSB out on the window scratching. I haven't gone in for it yet, but the front passenger side window on my '06 does a little scraping and has a slight scratch.

As for the emblems, I haven't experienced it yet but judging by what I hear, it's a very common problem that your dealer can address under the warranty.

You have to take it in and they put some new parts that are bowed out instead of straight so they dont scratch the window.

Mine have been replaced 3 times on the Driver's side and twice on the Passenger side.

My badges have been replaced twice (both fenders) and they are peeling again. I need to either acetone them or get something different. I only hand wash it too, NO auto quicky washes for my truck...too big to fit.
