Anybody know how to remove the rear seats?

I need help and I'm frustrated because its so beepbeepbeepbeep cold and I'm trying to install a new MTX subwoofer behind the rear seat of my crew cab. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to remove the rear seats. The enclosure won't go in without remove the whole thing as far as I can see. Do the folding trays come out seperately? Anybody got any experience with this?

Not trying to jack this thread, but is the area behind the seat in the crew cabs of 03 and newer the same as 99-02's? The reason I ask is a have a box from my old 01 and I want to put it in the truck we just got...an 07...you think there were many changes in that area?

Thanks,

Bill

The only thing I can think would be different would be if it had a power rear window or not.
