Turbo Boost low

my turck an 05 and when i put the the SCT and tunes from eric on there the truck would boost and hit 35 sometimes even 40 pounds and everytime i would hit the gas truck would get up and go....then i put the 03 turbo on there after i got done doing the EGR delete and headgaskets. With the 03 turbo on there truck hits like 32psi is that normal? from a stop it moves out right away but when iam doing 55mph and hit the gas it takes a few secs literallly to move out is that normal also? if i get eric to write me another tune wil he be able to boost the turbo more so it would hit as high PSI as the 05?

Sounds normal to me, my truck peaks at 32psi also with erics x tune with a new turbo. I was hitting 35-40 but had stuck turbo vanes and a bad VGT
