stock dyno with a tuner results
Just wondering if anyone has dyno'd their trucks stock with just a programmer? I just did one here today. The only thing it has is head studs...but stock intake and exhaust. I got it to 370hp/700 ft lbs. I have had one at 400hp before but it had exhaust. Curious how my results stack up. I am pretty sure i was hitting a limiter since changes didn't seem to be making a difference but

I can could see a 6.0, making 400HP with a intake, exhaust, and SCT tuner in Florida

im dyno-ing mine tomo at school. the graduates of 09 (including me) get 4 hours of FREE dyno time between us and its a "run what you brung" type deal. Mine is only stock minus exhaust and im not expecting any good numbers but will be a good base line i guess.
sorry for the hi-jacking... |

i am tuning it on our dyno @ diablosport. I am confident i was hitting a limiter. Adding fuel was not doing anything nor was adding timing. Good news was it was conservative as far as fueling and timing went, so it had lots of room to grow
